To put your mind at ease, we guarantee the landscape-ready plants you purchase from us will arrive healthy and are ready to plant in your landscape or gardens.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the plants you receive, whether it's a quality issue or the plants are damaged during transit due to poor handling by UPS or FedEx, which is a very rare occurrence with our packaging methods, we guarantee to either replace the plants, provide a store credit, and or provide a full refund of your purchase - whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied and happy.
Safe Shipping Guaranteed
We are confident in our packaging and shipping department and guarantee safe shipping. We use the highest level and quality of packaging methods. In the rare but possible event that the box was poorly handled by the carrier, resulting in damages that are detrimental to the health of the plant, we ask that you contact us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment to let us know about the damage. We also ask that you take photos of each damaged box and each damaged plant and forward them to us by email so that we can make a proper claim with the carrier and get replacement plants shipped out to you right away.

Our Guarantee vs Box Store Guarantees
Some folks ask us: "Why can't you offer the same guarantee as the large box stores?"...some who have guarantee policies up to a year? First, we're not sure these box stores guarantee anything. What we've heard is that the replacement costs are passed on to the growers who they purchase the plants from. But now to the reasons why professional nurseries such as ours cannot offer long term guarantees...
One, professional nurseries such as ours, who are concerned about the success our customers have with the plants they purchase from us, spend three times as long to grow the larger, landscape-ready plants as do the growers who the box stores buy from. Reason being, we primarily use the best slow-release granular fertilizers one to two times annually, which results in steady and healthy growth of plants.
On the other hand, in order to ramp up growth and have a salable plant in a much shorter period of time, as do chicken farmers who raise a chick to a plump chicken in just 6 weeks by using using steroids and growth hormones, box-store plant growers primarily use hi-power liquid fertilizer on a daily or frequent basis through irrigation systems to grow a rooted cutting to a small but salable plant in a very short period of time. Plants grown under these conditions literally become addicted to the frequent micro-doses of fertilizer. This means that once you purchase and plant these addicted plants in your landscape you'll need to feed them micro-doses of a liquid fertilizer frequently or else the plants will go into shock or rapidly decline in health. The best you can do is to ween them off the "drug" by gradually reducing the fertilizer dosages.
Too, because we really want to help our customers to have the best success with their landscaping endeavors, and the plants purchased from us, we employ and pay a large team of horticultural experts who assist customers 7 days a week with their questions and concerns. Wilson Bros Gardens founders Brent and Brooks Wilson also provide customer service for some of the most difficult-to-answer questions from customers. Needless to say, this level of service doesn't come cheap. Many online companies offer little to no advice.
What all this means in terms of guarantee policies is that professional growers such as ourselves have much more time invested in growing our plants and assisting our customers...and, in business, time is money. And this is why we can't offer the same guarantee. We simply have too much time and effort invested in our higher-quality plants to do so.
