Waterperry Blue Creeping Veronica (Creeping Speedwell) - 6 Pack of Pint Pots
A tried and true favorite that we've enjoyed for many years in our gardens, Veronica Waterperry Blue is a very pretty and dependable, low-growing, spreading flowering perennial groundcover plant. From mid-spring to early summer loads of cute, four-petaled lavender-blue flowers appear just above the foliage. Upon closer observation you'll notice the flowers have white eyes, and the petals have dark "whiskers" resembling those on viola flowers. The deep green leaves tinged with burgundy and copper contrast beautifully with the flowers. With the arrival of cooler temperatures in fall the burgundy tones on the foliage intensify to maroon. A fast grower to around 6 inches tall and up to 2 feet wide, but isn't invasive at all. Lovely in groupings, as a groundcover around roses, shrubs and may other types of plants, or as a border for garden beds or along paths and walkways. Get all the details below!
