Lady Banks White Rose - 5 Gallon Pot
This is the white flowering version of the Lady Banks Rose. It was the first of the species to be described back in 1807. It is a large growing rambling rose with many uses in design. Left to grow naturally it will form a very large mounding and rambling shrub up to 10 feet tall with a spread of 20 feet or more, which is great for sunny landscape or woodland borders or to completely cover an ugly fence. With support, it is a vigorous climber to 30 feet high that can be trained to climb poles or columns or to grow on the top of a fence, arbor or pergola. If you have an unsightly old shed or other building you'd rather not see, this rose will cover it completely. In spring comes the breathtaking display of miniature double flowers strongly scented like violets dripping from the green, thornless stems. When quickly established, the White Lady Banks Rose is one of the more drought-tolerant, disease and heat resistant rose species, making it a favorite of ours and many other gardeners.
