Little Princess Spirea
Spirea japonica 'Little Princess'

USDA Cold Hardiness Zones: 4a-9b  Find Your Zone

Little Princess Spirea is popular for its mint-green foliage color and the soft texture it provides in the landscape. Fuzzy pink flowers are produced abundantly from late spring into summer above the soft mound of foliage are an extra-added bonus. If the faded flowers are sheared you can expect a repeat bloom.

Little Princess Spirea isn't too picky about soil type, but the soil must be well-drained. As with so many other ornamental plants, constantly soggy soil can be problematic. The plant produces the most flowers in full sun. Plants are exceptionally drought tolerant when established. No pruning necessary, however deadheading after flowering will encourage more flowers. Can be hard pruned to the ground in late winter. USDA Zones: 4a-9b  Find Your Zone >
