Cultural Preferences

Kiwi vines are easy to grow in most any well drained soil, even amended clay and sandy soils, preferring a loamy soil. Avoid soils that are persistently wet during the growing season. The best and heaviest quantity of fruit will be produced when vines are growing in full to mostly sun.
