Healthy Plants Guaranteed

When you place an order with Wilson Bros Gardens, we guarantee that you will receive healthy, container-grown, landscape-ready plants of retail nursery quality and size that are ready upon arrival to plant and thrive in your landscape for years to come. If you receive a plant that is for any reason unhealthy or damaged during transit please contact us within 48 hours to let us know so we can get it replaced as quickly as possible for you or provide a full refund or store credit...whatever you want. In most cases there will be no need to return a damaged or unhealthy plant to us. In other cases we may ask for a plant to be returned to our offices within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange of the plant costs.

Because we are plant lovers and hate to hear when a plant has died at a point in time beyond the usual term of our guarantee, we will most often provide a store credit in the form of a coupon code or gift card code at up to 50% the original cost of the plant. That said, we cannot offer any guarantee beyond our normal guarantee for plants purchased from us that are transplanted to and grown in above ground pots or other containers.

Safe Shipping Guaranteed

We are confident in our packaging and shipping department and guarantee safe shipping. As you will see, when your package arrives, your plants were packed with the utmost care to ensure their healthy and safe arrival. We use the highest level and quality of packaging methods. 

In the rare but possible event that plants were damaged during transit as a result of poor handling by the carrier, we ask that you contact us by email at team@wilsonbrosgardens.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to let us know about the damage. We also ask that you take photos of each damaged box and each damaged plant and forward them to us by email at team@wilsonbrosgardens.com so that we can make a proper claim with the carrier and get replacement plants shipped out to you right away. Replacement or reimbursement cannot be processed without a digital image(s).

Shipping Damages

1. All items damaged during shipping must be reported to our shipping department by email at team@wilsonbrosgardens.com or by phone at (770)954-9862 within 48 hours of the delivery date.

2. Wilson Bros Gardens reserves the right to request that the plant or product be returned before issuing a replacement.

Return Procedures For Plants:

If you would like to return or exchange a plant(s), please contact our Customer Service department by email at team@wilsonbrosgardens.com, by using our Contact form, or by phone at (770)573-1778 before doing so. One of our representatives will determine whether or not you need to return the plant to receive a refund or exchange. 

In the event a plant was damaged during shipping, a photo of damaged plants is often accepted. Please send a photo(s) of damaged plants by email to team@wilsonbrosgardens.com. Replacement or reimbursement cannot be processed without a digital image(s).

Packaging Your Return (if applicable)

Note: When a plant(s) was damaged during shipping, and we have photo evidence of such, we usually do not require you to return the plant. 

When we have asked that a plant be returned to us we ask that you include the plant(s), a copy of purchase documents (receipt), a photo of the plant(s) when they arrived at your location, and the original packing materials.

If shipped on our account a return shipping ticket will be sent by us via email. Just print and tape it to the box and take it to the nearest UPS Package (Not Envelope) drop-off location. 

Return Policy Terms & Conditions

When the returned plant(s) is received, it will be inspected by our quality control department. Once your return has been accepted, all refunds will be processed within five business days and done in the form of the original purchase method. Bank wires are refunded via company check. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Items sent to our office without having first contacted our Customer Service department, or packages received beyond the 30-day return period, will be refused receipt.

We are not responsible for loss or damage while the plant(s) is in transit to us. 

In some cases, a 6% finance fee will be charged for all refund amounts to compensate for our incurred bank expenses


Wilson Bros Gardens will do its best to honor cancellation requests as soon as possible however does reserve the right to bill charges it incurs according to the status of the order. If item has been billed then a fee of 6% of the refunded amount will be charged. If the item(s) have been shipped and billed all shipping fees(to and from destination) and 6% of the refunded amount is applicable.

Warranties on Products

In cases of manufacturer defect on products(not plants) that Wilson Bros Gardens sells, the manufacturers warranty policy that comes with the item or listed on that items product page will be the policy that applies to that product. In cases where Wilson Bros Gardens submits the warranty claim to the manufacturer refunds and/or replacements will be issued when the manufacturer approves the submitted warranty paperwork. 

Other Notes

We cannot be held liable for any amount greater than the purchase price of the plant or product in question.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
